It's July 10 again, which means it's been another year since I got the crazy idea in my head that I wanted to draw. After two years of this, I can safely say I have no intention of ever stopping. I feel encouraged by the progress I've made. This is one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I only wish I'd started sooner. I'm not great. I'm not sure I'd call myself good. But I'm not hopeless. For most of my life I let myself be convinced that there was no point in even trying. I was so wrong. I'm here to stay.

It has been one year since I got the crazy idea in my head that I wanted to learn to draw. For those wondering, that's what the number in my name represents. 7/10/13. That was the day. I hadn't attempted to draw since I was a kid. It's something I'd fully resigned myself to never being able to do, and I was okay with it. I always hated it when I tried as a kid anyway. But then, that day, something went off in my mind. Something unstoppable. Something in my brain just started screaming "DRAW" at me. Two days later I drew my first drawing since childhood, and you see how my gallery has grown since then. Thanks to everyone who has supported me
